Carpentry - varies greatly but minor carpentry repairs starting at $250. Small shed construction around $1500.

Deck staining - Starting at $300 for small porch

Faucet, disposal install - $150

Furniture assembly - $150 and up

Junk removal - $150 for one single couch

Paint - varies by room, color change, trim, ceilings, etc. (One coat, same color, small room, walls only $250)

Pressure wash - varies, starting at $275. Depends on house

Roof repair - Starting around $350

Siding - Repair for a few rows around $325

Standard fan install - $150

Tile - bathroom only. Not shower. Small. $450

Toilet install - $150

Vinyl floor - Starting at $450 for small room. Depends on the layout of room.
